Our Opinion: Initiated Measure 10 – The Devil’s In The Details

At a quick glance, South Dakota’s Initiated Measure 10 (IM10) seems like a well-intended measure to put the clamps on influence peddling by current and former lawmakers, and to rein in activism by government entities promoting their agendas in Pierre. So, the less said about IM10, the more attractive it seems.
